2. Account Registration and Management
2.1 One Account Per Person
Each person may open only one account. Creating more than one account under the same person's name is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be closed and all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.

8kbd bed offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200; the wagering requirement on that bonus is ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000. This means the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before any winnings from it can be withdrawn.
4.2 Bonus Usage Conditions
Bonuses may only be used to place bets on eligible games. Some games or game categories may not count towards bonus wagering. Exceeding the set maximum bet limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being cancelled.
4.3 Promotional Offer Rules
8kbd bed runs special promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own specific terms, which are communicated when the offer is announced. Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly stated.
4.4 Bonus Abuse
If misuse of the bonus system, manipulation, or fraudulent activity is found, the associated account will be closed and all bonuses and related winnings will be forfeited.
5. VIP Program and Weekly Cashback
5.1 VIP Tiers
The 8kbd bed VIP program has 5 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Members can move up to higher tiers through regular and active participation.
5.2 Weekly Cashback Rates
Weekly cashback applies to net losses for each VIP tier. The cashback rates are as follows:
- Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
5.3 Cashback Calculation
Cashback is calculated on the net loss for the week, which is total losses minus total winnings. Example: a Gold tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 cashback.
5.4 Changes to VIP Benefits
8kbd bed reserves the right to change the benefits, rates, or conditions of the VIP program. Members will be notified before any changes take effect.
6. Gaming and Betting Rules
6.1 Technical Faults
If a game is interrupted mid-round due to software or network issues, 8kbd bed will review available log data to determine the result of that round. 8kbd bed reserves the right to correct any incorrect payout or balance displayed due to a technical fault.
6.2 Bet Limits
Each game or event has a set minimum and maximum bet limit, which is shown in the game interface. Bets outside the set limits are not accepted.
6.3 Misconduct and Manipulation
If any attempt is made to gain an advantage through software exploits, collusion, use of bots, or any other fraudulent method, the account will be permanently closed immediately and all winnings will be forfeited.

For sports betting, the official result from the relevant sports authority is treated as final for determining outcomes. If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
